Until recently, finding a varied selection of images of Bath was extremely difficult.  The Framing Workshop and Atrium Gallery solved this by collecting an eclectic and comprehensive selection of images.  The collection, started and originally housed in The Framing Workshop on Walcot Street, moved to the Atrium Gallery, in The Podium, in April 2006 and has continued to increase in size and variety, introducing many new local artists into the collection.

On display is a wide choice of subject matter, size, price and style of artwork.  Photographs, engravings and architectural images sit alongside traditional prints of watercolours and oils.  There is also a growing collection of originals on display.

Bath artists include Peter Brown, Jonathan Sanders, Nick Cudworth and photographers Helen Ashton, Simon Taylor and Sue Porter.  The Francis Frith Collection of photographs, depicting Bath from 1860 to 1970, forms part of the historical collection of images.

With over 150 different images of Bath we believe we have something for everyone.
